As a Chicago native, creativity was not only instilled in me, it's in my D.N.A.. I was always trying new things and wanting to make it my own by adding a little pizazz. My creative mind yearned for so much more, so I continued my education by earning a BA in Multimedia/Visual Communications/Web Design.

The W.O.W. Factor opened in 2019 as a basic independent craft store, offering just a small sample of personalized products. We are continuously gaining new arts and crafts skills and have developed a reputation for elite customer service and authenticity. We also have a selection of classes and workshops for makers with all levels of experience.

Here we are today, and I want to share with you the endless possibilities, of making unique products and represent being "The W.O.W. Factor" of them all.
